A project to establish a National Center for Mediation and Arbitration has been launched through a partnership between the Ministry of Industry and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). This WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center offers alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods that are faster and more cost-effective than court proceedings. These include mediation, arbitration, expedited arbitration, and expert determination — enabling private parties to efficiently resolve national or cross-border disputes related to intellectual property and technology.
