Trademark Registration /inscriptions Form (for all types of registrations)

Steps to submit a registration form:

1 Create an account on the INAPI website, or log in to your space if you already have an account.
2 Click on the "Trademark" section from the dashboard, then click on "Registration".
3 Fill in the required fields with the requested information.
4 Upload the necessary supporting documents related to the type of registration requested.
5 Print the payment order.
6 Make the payment at a CNEP agency.
Payment must be made in cash at a CNEP agency (available nationwide).
No other payment method will be accepted.

7 Sign the five printed copies of the application and prepare the rest of the documents (required documents)
8 Submit your complete file at INAPI in Algiers or at the branch office closest to your place of residence.

Change of Address
- Individual: Proof of residence (for artisans), or a copy of the Commercial Register for those who hold an individual RC
- Legal entity: Copy of the Commercial Register
Form for Transformation or Change of Company Name
- Amended statutes and a copy of the Commercial Register
Transfer Form
- Transfer contract
Form for Correction of Clerical/Material Error
- Incorrect Name:
  - Individual: Birth certificate
  - Legal entity: Statutes and a copy of the Commercial Register
- Incorrect Address:
  - Individual: Proof of residence (for artisans), or a copy of the Commercial Register
  - Legal entity: Commercial Register and statutes
- Other documents may also be required depending on the type of error
Request to Replace an International Trademark with a National Trademark
- Priority document and cancellation (radiation) proof
Withdrawal
- Approval from shareholders
Renewal
- 3 color-printed copies of the form and a declaration of use
