Steps to follow for submitting a design registration form:

- Create an account on the INAPI website, or log in to your account if you already have one.
- Click on the "Industrial Design" section in the dashboard, then on "Registration".
- Fill in the required fields with the necessary information.
- Upload the supporting documents required for the type of registration requested.
- Print your payment order.
- Make the payment at a CNEP agency.
- Payment must be made in cash at a CNEP agency (available nationwide), "no other payment method will be accepted".

- Sign the five printed copies of the application and prepare the remaining documents (see required documents below).

• Form for Correction of Clerical/Material Error
  • Incorrect Name:
    • Individual: Birth certificate
    • Legal entity: Copy of the statutes and the Commercial Register
  • Incorrect Address:
    • Individual: Proof of residence (for artisans) or Commercial Register for those with RC
    • Legal entity: Commercial Register and statutes
  • Additional documents may be required depending on the type of error
