INAPI’s Quality Management System

As part of its public service mission and the prerogatives granted to it by the Algerian State in the field of industrial property, INAPI ensures the protection of creators' moral rights by delivering property titles and promoting innovation and creativity.

Fully aware of its strategic role and the expectations of its clients, partners, and other stakeholders, INAPI has adopted a quality management approach consistent with the NA ISO 9001:2015 standard. This approach is built on the following key pillars:

1- Customer Orientation:

We place customer satisfaction at the core of our priorities. We commit to :

  • Delivering services that meet applicable requirements;
  • Respecting agreed deadlines and contractual obligations;
  • Facilitating access to information on industrial property (IP);
  • Promoting and supporting the use of IP tools, particularly among businesses;

  • Actively participating in the development of Industrial property at the regional level;

The General Directorate, supported by the involvement of all employees / staff, is committed to providing the necessary resources to implement this policy and to ensuring its communication, understanding, application, and regular review, in order to maintain its relevance and effectiveness.
