- Ordinance n°03-07 of 19 Joumada El Oula , corresponding to 19 July 2003, on invention patents
- Ordinance n°03-08 of 19 Joumada El Oula , corresponding to the protection of layout-designs of integrated circuits
Executive Decrees
- Executive Decree No. 05-275 of 26 Joumada Ethania 1426 corresponding to 2 August 2005, laying down the procedures for the filing and grant of patents.
- Executive Decree No. 05-276 of 26 Joumada Ethania 1426 corresponding to 2 August 2005, laying down the procedures for the filing and registration of layout-designs of integrated circuits.
- Executive Decree No. 05-277 of 26 Joumada Ethania 1426 corresponding to 2 August 2005, laying down the procedures for the filing and registration of trademarks.
