Filing a design / model
Industrial Design Filing Procedure
- Create an account on the INAPI website, or log in to your account if you already have one. - Click on the "Industrial Design" section in the dashboard, then on "New Filing". - Fill in the required fields with the necessary information. - Print your payment receipt and your filing form in four (4) copies. - Make your payment at any CNEP agency nationwide by depositing the fee into INAPI’s account: Account No.: 100 00 13733 Key 7 Agency name: ESSAFIR ALITTI CNEP Agency code: 103 Payment may also be made by cheque directly at INAPI office. - Sign the four printed copies of the application and prepare the required documents. - Submit your complete file at INAPI in Algiers or to the nearest regional office. - After the application’s material admissibility is verified, the following documents will be returned to the applicant: o A validated copy of the registration application including the filing number, date, and time, serving as the filing report, and a validated payment receipt.
